Search, Answer Engines, and Visibility
Being Found in the Age of AI is a workshop geared mainly to small businesses with hands on examples of how they can adapt their online presence for being found by Answer Engines and Generative AI Models.
The presentation will introduce West Michigan businesses to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), an emerging strategy for helping organizations remain visible as consumers increasingly use tools such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity to discover products, services, and trusted providers. Attendees will learn practical ways to structure their websites, business listings, and content so AI platforms can more easily understand, trust, and cite their organizations.
This presentation is one of the presentations we do in our Trust in the Age of AI educational series and will be presented by Jonathan Casteel and our Business Relations Director Wendell Gafford.
