Building, Adopting, and Supporting AI at Scale
Many organizations are experimenting with AI, but moving from individual use cases to enterprise-wide adoption requires far more than access to AI tools. It demands the right strategy, governance, infrastructure, and organizational alignment.
Join US Signal executives Dan Watts (CEO), Trevor Bidle (CISO), and Jock Thompson (Chief AI Officer) for an interactive workshop exploring how organizations can successfully implement AI at scale. Drawing from US Signal’s own Enterprise AI journey, this session will provide practical insights into AI governance, security, workforce enablement, change management, and the infrastructure required to support long-term AI success.
Attendees will learn how to identify AI champions, build adoption frameworks, align infrastructure with business objectives, and overcome common barriers to enterprise AI implementation. Through real-world examples and interactive discussion, participants will leave with actionable strategies and a practical framework for launching or expanding AI initiatives within their own organizations.

Grand Rapids Chamber is located in the same Building as ROAM and Bank of America. The easiest parking is the Vandenberg lot ($2 per half hour) (formerly the 5/3 Bank ramp). If you enter on the Ottawa side, stay on the surface level, and we are immediately on the left as you enter the building. If you enter the ramp on the Monroe side, go up one level and do the same. If you happen to enter the building on Monroe, go up the stairs, and the Chamber is to the right.
*You can also use the Government Center ramp ($2 per half hour) directly next to the 5/3 ramp on Monroe. Or Park and Ride DASH services are available from Area 7 and Area 9, they run $2-4 maximum per day
