Agenda
The invention of Generative AI has sparked a feverish response among the business community. Some are racing to monetize the capabilities of generative AI and large language models as soon as possible. Others are driven by fears of being replaced or left behind.

Currently, many companies are rushing toward AI experimentation and implementation without clarifying the outcomes they’re hoping to achieve. Or, they’re rushing to make major technological changes, without accounting for the human dynamics of change that determine success.

Too many conversations about AI neglect the human elements that interact with the tool.  Generative AI can be incredibly helpful, but its underlying architecture has the potential to multiply our own human blind spots. Therefore, in today’s world, leaders need to develop competency in “AI awareness” in addition to their own self-awareness. In other words, leaders need to understand how people shape and are shaped by their use of AI.

Hear from our panelists as they draw from their expertise in innovation, change enablement, leadership formation, and talent systems. You’ll learn how to better navigate the disruption that generative AI creates.
